Premium Plan.

This plan covers :

• Nurse and wellness clinic visits.

• Cover for 27 types of chronic medication. Conditions include: HIV, Asthma, Diabetes, Cholesterol and Hypertension. 
• Flu vaccines.
• HIV medication and management to support your journey of living with HIV.
• Visits to your Dentist and Oral Hygienist. 
• Optometry benefits. Get cover for eye exams, specs and frames.
• Specialist visits.
